Vittoria Bussi: La formula della Velocità

On March 25th, thanks to the support of our sponsor Febametal, we had the honor of hosting a truly special conference at the Politecnico di Torino with an extraordinary guest: Vittoria Bussi.

Vittoria is an exceptional athlete who has broken the Hour Record three times, following an outstanding academic career.

The event opened with an inspiring and emotional story about how she first approached track cycling, followed by a deep dive into the technological and mathematical aspects of the discipline.

The conference concluded with an exciting announcement: Vittoria revealed her goal of attempting two new records:

• breaking the Hour Record once again

• setting the Individual Pursuit world record

At the time of writing, Vittoria has already broken the previous Hour Record, achieving this incredible feat on May 10th, 2025, at the Aguascalientes velodrome in Mexico.
